Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute city-level sales strategies to meet/exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives and retail staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

Market Operations:

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Oversee merchandising and branding compliance in retail outlets.

Customer & Partner Engagement:

  • Resolve escalated customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute local promotions.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
  • Submit weekly/monthly reports to regional management.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience:(in particular TECNO/infinix/itel/Samsung)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, retail, or channel management, preferably in the mobile phone/consumer electronics industry.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis (e.g., Excel, CRM tools).
  • In-depth knowledge of local market trends and competitor activities.

Other:

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the city.
  • Fluency in English and local language(s).
